The scale you completed was the "BIS/BAS Mini-Scale," from the International Personal Item Pool.

The scale measures your scores on 2 dimensions. A behavioral approach system (BAS) is believed to regulate appetitive motives, in which the goal is to move toward something desired. A behavioral avoidance (or inhibition) system (BIS) is said to regulate aversive motives, in which the goal is to move away from something unpleasant. BAS scores are further divided into different areas reflecting different appetite motives (Fun, Drive/Achievement, & Reward).

The idea behind the scale is that BIS scores are related to your sensitivity (negative affect) in the face of negative events while BAS scores are related to the amount of positive affect you feel in relation to good events.

The graph below shows your score (in green) compared to others who have taken this scale (in purple) .
